The RDM prtcl sends wn packages in the DMX512 data feed and des nt influence cnventinal devices. RDM ready and cnventinal DMX devices can be perated in ne DMX line. The RDM data is transmitted via the standard XLR cnnectr - new DMX cables are nt necessary. RDM is integrated in DMX withut influencing the cnnectins.
This is especially useful when the device is installed in a remte area.
